NURTURING TALENTS, SKILLS FOR A LIFETIME

In my 20 years in the business, I've noticed that the number of salons has over-saturated the industry, replacing healthy competition through service excellence with mutually destructive pricing and sub-standard services due to a declining talent pool. But through skill-advancement, self-improvement, maintain fair pricing and services, it is not impossible to keep and grow your customers and keep a good salary. Our Centre facilitates you to keep a part-time job while learning full-time at our Centre with both practical and theoretical skills. Past mentor/apprentice method you're beholden to your mentor and your mentor could be holding you out from the advanced skills so you can't move up the chain. Going independent and you are pressured by your customer's demands that you can't adequately meet. In the end you give up on this industry saying the customers are unreasonably demanding or that the industry can't provide you with a decent salary. However I believe this artist pursuit is a worthwhile one, there's a market for high-end salons as customers are willing to spend more to find and return to a professional hairstylist that will satisfy their needs. Our Centre therefore is aimed at training our graduates to get into the high-end salon business.

Our Teaching Methods and Benefits

We don't waste your time by teaching theoretically in Centre. No overwhelmingly long days learning while keeping a job. No need for major financial investment. Our teaching methods concentrate on practicality first so our apprentices ` decide on their interests in this industry early on.
